The Project

ADJ Surfacing and Consultancy Ltd delivers bespoke services across drainage, surfacing and lining works for clients in the retail and commercial sectors.

With longstanding relationships in place, particularly with national supermarket chains, ADJ is focused on enhancing infrastructure to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Jet supports ADJ across a range of national sites, primarily retail car parks, where existing surfacing is removed to allow for drainage upgrades and new surfacing installations.

The Approach

Jet works directly in partnership with ADJ, providing cold milling services, specifically tailored to each site’s requirements.

While some works are delivered out of hours to minimise disruption, the majority take place in closed, segregated areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

Each site is fully assessed to determine the appropriate equipment, with Jet’s Contracts Manager coordinating the planing phase to align with ADJ’s delivery schedule.

The Results

Jet’s responsive and professional service continues to help ADJ maintain a smooth and reliable programme of works across the company’s retail portfolio.

Using a fleet of 0.35m and 1m cold milling machines, supported by tippers and mechanical sweepers, Jet ensures each site is clean and ready for surfacing crews to complete the installation.
